Because access to the eBook is granted immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, subject to applicable laws and the requirements of our payment provider.

Technical issues

If you paid successfully but cannot access or download the eBook, contact us and we will resolve the issue or restore your access. Please include the email address used at checkout and your payment reference.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was debited without access being granted, contact us and we will verify the transaction and arrange a refund of the incorrect charge.
